Using NetViewer (service hosted by AntemetA) our engineers are able to take control of your infrastructure during the call. These manipulations done in real time facilitate trouble shooting operation, while giving visibility to the customer on operations.

At the customer request, other procedures can be set up such as VPN client, Webex connection or classic modem.
